The company deals with total solutions in the form of digitization of archives and large scanning tasks for municipalities, public and private companies. They work with the entire process, right from logistics, preparation, scanning, post-processing, uploading to the cloud and document hosting. The company pays great attention to quality in all aspects of the workflow.
The company has a large market share in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden and is now ready to enter the Finnish market.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who would like to cultivate the Finnish market in collaboration with the Sales Manager and the CEO. You will become a part of a competent sales team of 9 employees and you will referee to the Sales Manager.
To enter the Finnish market, we expect you to work very focused and dedicated. In the beginning you will focus on analyzing and getting to know the B2B market, make a sales strategy, execute and follow up. Later you will grow your own customer portfolio and make sure to retain them.
You will receive a thorough training at the head office in Esbjerg and will get the right support for developing of the Finnish market.
You will work both independently and as part of the team, and you will get a solid support from your skilled colleges in the sales team. The company will teach you everything you need to know about the products, the IT systems, and advanced sales skills – you just need to be motivated to learn.
The sales manager and the CEO will attend all meetings in Finland until your market knowledge is obtained. There will be a close dialogue and weekly meetings with the sales team at the office in Esbjerg or via Skype.
There is the possibility of working from the head office in Esbjerg or from home. You should expect 5-8 travel days a month to Finland.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager, who is passionate about creating results and has the desire and patience for long-term sales.
You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, and you have a good understanding of the whole sales process. You will be able to choose whether to work from the office in Esbjerg or work from home, but you will be at the head office in Esbjerg on an occasional basis.
As a person you have a good overview, are outgoing and have a good situational awareness. In addition, it is a must that you can communicate fluently in Finnish and English written and spoken/verbal. Danish is not necessary since meetings in the company are held in English.
You are energetic and have a good drive and courage. You enjoy working independently, knowing that you have a good support from your talented, sales colleagues and sales supporters.
You are ambitious – combined with the patience that long sales processes require. Furthermore you will have an attractive opportunity to become Country Manager in Finland.
